| Responsibilities: |
Our Red Deer office, with over 130 people supporting our clients locally and across Canada, currently has an opportunity for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer . Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Mechanical design and operations
- Projects may include maintenance, repair and overhaul; food and beverage; manufacturing and fabrication; and light industrial facilities.
- Site development.
- Design of buildings, equipment-process and shop floor layout.
- Equipment specifications.
- Functional planning.

| Qualifications: |
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) designation.
- Eligibility for registration with The Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA)
- Excellent design drafting skills in AutoCAD and VISIO
- Knowledge of industrial functional layouts and process equipment requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in building operations
- 10 years of experience in building design, preferably with industrial projects.
- Functional planning design and equipment process layout experience would be an asset
- Experience using building codes in Alberta and/or British Columbia, as well as specialty regulations is an asset.
