Our Red Deer office has an opportunity for an experienced Senior Land Development Engineer. The successful candidate can work well in a pressured environment that requires rapid change and adaptation. You are highly motivated and are ready to commit to Stantec's strategic initiative to be among the top 10 global design firms. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Direct involvement in the development of master planned communities through consideration of individual neighborhoods with a view to the long-term overall vision.
- Participate with, and provide leadership to a team where value is added for developers by designing high-quality, sustainable residential communities that are functional, innovative, attractive and reflect the lifestyle of its residents.
- Transform land into creative and functional developments by assisting clients through all phases of their land development project through scoping, planning, design, construction, maintenance and commissioning.

| Qualifications: |
- Engineering degree from a recognized post secondary institution.
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer in Alberta.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in land development projects.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Capable of overseeing projects from design to completion.
- Ability to foster client relationships.
Located in Central Alberta, the Red Deer office has a vibrant environment with excellent opportunities for professional growth.
