We are seeking a professional and dynamic Resident Site Inspector/Intermediate CAD Technician to join our Water group in Waterloo Ontario. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 - 10 years of related experience in planning, detailed design and construction services associated with municipal and related infrastructure. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:
The successful candidate will coordinate project drawings with Project Managers, CAD staff and others; ensure project needs are met in a timely and effective manner; liaise with drafting coordinators supporting other disciplines; participate in design and preparation of engineering drawings using the appropriate internal and external standards; prepare plan, section, detail, schematic and construction drawings; and ensure all drawings are in accordance with client specific requirements and company procedures. You are required to be proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
A valid Ontario Driver’s Permit and your own vehicle are required for this position.
