We are actively seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Analyst that is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the day-to-day operations of the Recruitment Services function specific to applicant tracking system technology (iCIMS, BrassRing and Taleo), vendor and supplier job board databases and integration. You will partner with vendors and suppliers to create and maintain talent attraction related materials, as needed. You will be our trusted resource to develop and provide training support to all regional recruiters and consultants. It’s also important that you can provide independent research and documentation of Application Tracking System (ATS) changes, processes and procedures. Do you like working with a team that is driven to achieve? Great. You will collaborate with a forward thinking recruitment team to provide advice and support on ATS technology, agency and process information within Human Resources and to external vendors that support Stantec’s recruitment.
