Stantec has an opening in the GTA for a Contract Administrator with excellent leadership and communications skills to lead our construction resources for Ontario Southwest. The successful candidate will use her/his technical and management abilities to lead the municipal water infrastructure construction services group in a dynamic team setting. This individual works well under pressure, is flexible and positive, and can proactively identify and solve problems which could impact project performance. This position will be based out of our offices located on Bathurst Street in Toronto.
Applicants should have Construction and/or Construction Contract Administration experience within the Greater Toronto Area and have a well-founded understanding of general construction leading practices, techniques and technologies. Please include specific projects in your application, including your role on the project, project scope, and construction value. The successful candidate should have strong co-ordination and negotiation skillsets, a strong familiarity with applicable safety regulations, a commercial and technical risk management mindset, and the ability to apply and align these to meet both Stantec and Client needs.
