In this capacity, we work with executive and senior management to improve performance and ensure the application of industry leading practices in the provision of effective and efficient transit.
Stantec has an immediate need for a Change Management Consultant in Toronto, ON. Reporting to the Program Manager, the incumbent is responsible for creating and implementing change management plans and strategies for a transit program that will maximize employee engagement and minimize employee and stakeholder resistance. The incumbent will work with various stakeholders to evaluate the current state, assess root causes and performance gaps and implement and/or support implementation of appropriate interventions. The incumbent will serve as coach/facilitator in support of change management initiatives. The Change Management Consultant will work to drive faster adoption, decrease resistance, greater utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization such that business results are achieved.
As a consultant for change, the incumbent is embedded in the organization. By applying standards, tools, controls, and best practices, the incumbent assists staff and unionized employees with the implementation of organizational change. Please note: The successful candidate will be meeting with employees in a transit operations environment. Meeting hours and locations will require flexibility
